Orders
Catering orders may be placed Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Some items may require advanced notice. Please place orders as early as possible. Orders may be subject to deposit. One full business day notice is required for cancellation. Please read our Confirmation Agreement for additional terms. University faculty, staff and departments receive a 10% discount on the food and beverage portion of their event. Student Organizations receive a 25% discount on the food and beverage portion of their event.
Payment
We accept 100W, Procurement Card, Cash, Check (made payable to The Ohio State University), American Express, Visa, Master Card, and Discover.
Delivery
There is no delivery fee for deliveries to Ohio State Columbus campus departments and offices. Delivery to all parts of the city is available by special arrangement for an additional charge.
Staffing
Events may require rental equipment and University Catering staffing. Hourly charges for staffing may be reflected in your proposal as an estimate. An 18% service charge will be added to the remainder of your event order.
