I wanted to let you know how very much I enjoyed working with University Catering as the caterer for our Mechanical Engineering Honors and Awards Banquet last Friday, April 18th. I greatly appreciate the time you spent meeting with me when we were first planning the event, as well as the time you took to make revisions to our order as our guest numbers increased.

The event was certainly a success, in no small measure to the efforts of your staff on the day of the banquet. They arrived early and I was amazed at how quickly the set-up was completed. Jamie and the students were just wonderful, and I really feel that they went “above and beyond” what I expected and contributed greatly to the success of the event. Once they started the set-up I had no worries – everyone appeared organized and efficient from the start. The service during the meal was excellent as well. I hope that you will extend to them my appreciation for their hard work.

I hope to work with University Catering again in the future, and will definitely be recommending you to others when I have the chance. Thank you for all of your efforts to make this event a success.

I am writing to commend the team that helped make our 1st annual welcome tailgate at the College of Dentistry a huge success. As Ms. Encisco-Dougherty can attest, the high standard of quality that our department commands resulted in numerous phone calls and last minute changes. For an event that required significant man hours before and during, the University Catering team's courteousness and professionalism from initiation to clean up allowed us to focus on other activities that required our immediate attention. They worked with very minimal supervision and even pre-bussed tables, something other catering services have not included. Above all, each individual provided service with a smile.

I'm so glad we opted to work with your organization and we plan on doing more business with University Catering in the future, thanks in great part to the following individuals. I hope you will acknowledge their efforts on my behalf.

...University Catering is SO high on my list of "the best units to work with at OSU" and you'll get lots of free advertising from us. Everything was lovely, the food looked good and tasted fresh and lovely, the staff was wonderful, and we NEVER once felt concerned or worried--which typically has been the case for us when we've used other caterers. Thank you and everyone at University Catering for making our conference a memorable event. There's no way to stress how much your efficiency, attractive display, pleasant personnel, affordability, and good food contributed to the success of our event. I felt that we had put ourselves in "the good hands of University Catering" and as a result we could relax a bit and enjoy the conference ourselves. The gentleman who delivered the lunches was very kind.....he went to the office indicated on the order form, but was routed to the meeting room which was in another part of the College of Optometry.
